At Scents by Syncerra, we want you to absolutely love your scent experience. Because fragrance is a personal product and for hygiene and safety reasons, our return policy is slightly limited. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and body products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds

If a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent, you may place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Body sprays or oils that have been opened
  • Solid perfumes that have been used
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
