All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Major holidays

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Scents by Syncerra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Scents by Syncerra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or household members
  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  3. Reaching out to your local post office

Order Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
